They taste as good as you hope a combo of crackers and garlic herb cream cheese would. I'm usually a little suspiscious of a cheese filling that doesn't need to be refrigerated, and this filling is pretty soft and creamy, but I guess that is the miracle of modern technology.
This is not a miracle but its all magic that is created by packaging style. I do wonders the same but when I read about the different ways of packaging that is being used to preserve the food I got to know why there is no need to refrigerate it.
